Adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma

There is evidence of complex mass lesion with significant dense calcifications, enhancing soft tissue and cystic components, in the sellar and suprasellar regions. No convincing fatty component.
The third ventricle is compressed resulting in dilatation of the lateral ventricles.
Case Discussion
Features are most likely those of an adamantinomatous craniopharyngioma. An intracranial teratoma is another possibility although most teratomas have some visible calcification.
