Subchondral lucency seen at proximal left femoral head.

Case Discussion

Features are consistent with the crescent sign seen on conventional radiographs and refers to a subchondral lucency seen most frequencly anterolateral aspect of the proximal femoral head indicated avascular necrosis of femoral head.
