Paucity of bowel gas, small air-fluid levels in proximal ascending colon.
Coarse calcifications in soft tissues of hips and buttocks.
IUD projected onto small pelvis.

Hand and elbow X rays taken 3 months prior to the above KUB show scattered punctate soft tissue calcifications and acro-osteolysis (resorption of the distal phalanges of both hands).
