Dysphagia.

Gender: Male
Barium

There is smooth and prominent impression of the cricopharyngeus muscle at the level of C5-C6 results in a stenosis.

Case Discussion

Features are most consistent with cricopharyngeal bar which refers to the radiographic appearance of a prominent cricopharyngeus muscle contour on barium swallow.
