Incidentally noted prominent crista galli with fatty marrow.
Case Discussion
Crista galli is a normal anatomical structure in the floor of the anterior cranial fossa. It can be prominent and either pneumatised or show fatty marrow. It is completely surrounded by the pyramidal low-intensity cortex on MRI. It shouldn't be misinterpreted as dermoid or lipoma.
