Patient undergoes computed tomography for staging of breast cancer. Congenital renal malformation as a finding of the CT scan.

Both kidneys are fused on the right forming a unique enlarged kidney. 

Case Discussion

Crossed fused renal ectopia essentially refers to an anomaly where the kidneys are fused and located on the same side of the midline.
