Presentation

Left flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Both kidneys are located on the left side in keeping with crossed fused ectopia. The right kidney is malrotated, crosses the midline to the left side, and fused with the lower pole of the left kidney. No renal or ureteral stone. No hydronephrosis.
