Absent right kidney in right renal bed, fused to the lower pole of the left kidney.
Both kidneys are malrotated and have an anteriorly-directed pelvis.
There is a 5 mm hyperdense stone along with the right ureter just inferior to the ureteropelvic junction associated with upstream mild hydroureteronephrosis.
Case Discussion
Crossed fused renal ectopia refers to a renal anomaly where the kidneys are fused and located on the same side of the midline.
