Presentation

Presents with chronic cough and dyspnea.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Male

Multifocal areas of consolidation in peribronchial and peripheral distribution particularly at middle and lower zones of the both lungs. There are also bronchiolectasis as well as air bronchograms within the consolidated areas.
