Not the thin rim of CSF surrounding this large anterior clinoid meningioma which additionally contains the stretched M1 and A1 segments posteriorly.

Note the thin rim of CSF surrounding this large anterior clinoid meningioma which additionally contains the stretched M1 and A1 segments posteriorly. It is important to note that the CSF cleft does not always suppress on FLAIR due to presence of "tumour juice".
