CSF rhinorrhea following cranial surgery for brain tumor.

Patient Data

Age: 30
Gender: Female

A bone defect involves the posterior wall of the left frontal sinus measuring about 3mm in max diameter ; with subsequent contrast leakage into the left compartment of the frontal sinus and the left anterior ethmoidal air cells.

The cribriform plates of both ethmoids appear intact. 

Right ethmoid osteoma.
