Presentation

Watery discharge from the left nasal cavity in a patient with history of facial trauma one year prior.

Patient Data

Age: 20 years
Gender: Female
mri

CSF leakage extending from the left frontal subarachnoid space into the ipsilateral anterior ethmoid air cell through a bony defect of the left cribriform plate.

Peripheral mucosal thickening of the left maxillary and sphenoid sinuses (chronic sinusitis).
