Watery discharge from the right nasal cavity. History of Facial trauma a few months ago.

Bony defect of the posterior wall of the right frontal sinus (4 mm) with fluid accumulation within the frontal sinus, anterior ethmoid cells and ipsilateral maxillary sinus.
