35 year-old patient, a known case of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CT scan with contrast performed for follow up during the treatment.

Patient Data

Age: 35
Gender: Male

There are prominent vessels during a contrast enhanced CT as they traverse an airless low attenuation portion of consolidated lung.

Case Discussion

The findings are consistent of CT angiogram sign. CT angiogram sign in a 35 Y/O patient with lymphoma is compatible with infiltrating pulmonary involvement.
