Pain in right buttock on sitting.

The pudendal bundle is identified on the medial aspect of the obturator internus. A 22-gauge needle was inserted via a transgluteal approach and positioned into Alcock's canal. A mixture of celestone, bupivacaine and iodinated contrast was injected into the canal. A post procedural CT demonstrates an excellent distribution of the injection.
