Palpable painless nodule in the ulnar region.

Case Discussion

Schwannomas or neurilemmomas are the most common benign tumors in the peripheral nerves and represent 5% of all tumors of the upper extremity.

The initial symptoms are usually insidious and not very specific, which hinders an adequate diagnostic approach and makes it necessary to use diagnostic imaging, such as ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); however, diagnostic confirmation will only be achieved through histopathological studies.
