The third and fourth toes distal phalanxes are abnormally flexed in a plantar and medial direction (curly toes), bilaterally. No other abnormalities seen.
Congenital curled toes are usually asymptomatic abnormalities characterised by flexion and varus deformity of the interphalangeal joints of the most lateral toes (third, fourh, and fifth). They are usually bilateral and caused by contracture of the flexor digitorium tendons.
