Case Discussion
The "custom-made" prosthesis is indicated in cases of particular articular deformities, such as arthritis caused by trauma, degenerative or congenital diseases.
Before intervening, a CT is performed to have a three-dimensional reconstruction of the joint and obtain a system designed on the anatomical conformation of the patient, therefore perfectly "made to measure".
