This patient presented to the ED with renal colic clinically. There is a history of cutis laxa.

A large left sided diaphragmatic hernia is shown, containing colon, pancreatic body and tail, stomach, duodenum. There are no complications apparent at this time. There are also bilateral inguinal hernias that contain fat only.
CT KUB was negative for calculi.
Case Discussion
Patients with the rare connective tissue disorder cutis laxa are prone to hernias.
