Follow up for pancreatitis.

Patient Data

Age: 70 years
Gender: Male

Large caliber stent between the posterior wall of the stomach and the pancreatic body. Right pigtail drain within a perinephric fluid collection measuring 44 x 25 mm.

There is also an ill-defined collection lateral to the gallbladder fundus.

Case Discussion

The stent between the stomach and pancreas is an endoscopic cyst-gastrostomy (or cystogastrostomy) which was inserted to drain a large pseudocyst, which is now decompressed.
