Cystic appendix epididymis

There is a well defined para-epididymal cyst with a hyperechoic thick wall seen with associated hydrocele, very closely related to the epididymal head, consistent with a cystic appendix epididymis (type 2b).
Case Discussion
Cystic epididymis appendix has a classification as following: type I (stalked) and type II (sessile), with subtypes A (small and simple), B (large and simple) and C (large and septated) 1.
