Right lung volume reduction and replacing of the entire lung parenchyma by bronchial dilatation and scars (cystic bronchiectasis).
This case illustrates a right lung reduced in volume and entirely characterises by scars and cystic bronchiectasis.
Bronchiectasis is one of the common sequelae in untreated cases of pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Unfortunately it was not clear if the patient treated for TB before.
