35-year-old male patient with a history of cholecystectomy, now he complains of right hypochondrial pain.

Dilated tortuous cystic duct stump harbouring two small stones of dark signal.

The CBD is mildly prominent likely post cholecystectomy sequel with no intraluminal stones.
