35-year-old male patient with history of cholecystectomy, now he complains of right hypochondrial pain

  • Dilated tortuous cystic duct stump harboring two small stones of dark signal.
  • CBD is mildy prominent likely post cholecystectomy sequel with no intraluminal stones.
