History of cholecystectomy 5 years back now presented with complains of epigastric pain.

Cystic duct appears dilated and shows filling defect within it representing calculus. Rest of intra- and extrahepatic duct system appears normal. Common bile duct appears normal with no calculus or sludge within it. Findings are due to cystic duct stump calculus.
