Stable multiseptated left-hemispheric porencephalic cyst with surrounding gliosis. There is ex vacuo dilatation of the left lateral ventricle, and left-sided skull changes suggestive of chronicity.
Asymmetrically small left cerebral peduncle and pons in keeping with degeneration. Markedly thinned corpus callosum.
