Small thin-walled sessile cyst without color Doppler signal at the right epididymal tail. Small hydrocele.

Case Discussion

Epididymal appendages are one of many benign testicular appendages. They can often appear cystic, most commonly unilocular as in this case, although they can be septated. This appendage has a sessile morphology, which is less common than the thin stalk appearance.
