Cystic fibrosis
Frontal
Hyperaeration is seen in lung fields. Bilateral reticulonodular opacity with cystic areas in favor of bronchiectasis are seen in both lung fields in favor of cystic fibrosis.
Chemo port is seen in a proper position.
Case Discussion
This is a known case of cystic fibrosis (CF) with irregular follow-up. He had severe respiratory distress.
