Cystic pituitary mass eroding the sellar floor

Cystic mass with enhancing mural nodule in the left superior margin, eroding the sellar floor.   Pituitary stalk and remainder of the gland displaced towards to the right.  Bland nature of the cyst fluid and absence of calcification means that craniopharyngioma is unlikley.  The mural nodule indicates that this is not a Rathke cleft cyst.
