Contrast-enhanced CT revealed a solitary, rounded and wall enhancing mass with cystic component and septa. The mass started from upper anterior mediastinum and continued lateral to the heart. Mediastinal lymphadenopathy was also observed.
Case Discussion
In this case we observe a thymoma previously diagnosed with a large cystic component.
