Presentation
Non-traumatic right anterior mid-arm swelling with pain over 2-3 weeks.
Patient Data

There is a well-defined, thin-walled, anechoic cyst measuring 10 mm in length in the subcutaneous tissues at the site of swelling, with a central 3 mm focus of calcification.
Pericystic soft tissue is edematous and shows hypervascularity.
Case Discussion
Characteristic findings of cysticercosis in the arm.
A follow-up ultrasound was done after oral drug treatment for cysticercosis. The patient was asymptomatic. The cyst disappeared but some granulation tissue remained. Follow-up images were lost and therefore could not be uploaded.
