Left sided lower lateral chest wall pain - swelling -- Non-traumatic origin. - 2 days.

At site of pain - swelling pointed by patient, there is an oblong anechoic lesion containing tiny calcification focus. Surrounding the lesion there is soft tissue hypoechogenesity, thickening, hypervascularity. Lesion involves left lateral chest wall, superficial to ribs.
No pleural effusion is noted on same side.

Swelling is noted on lower most lateral aspect of left sided chest wall.
