The urinary bladder is prolapsed into vagina with resultant dilatation of both ureters and mild to moderate hydronephrosis. Uterus is also descent from its normal anatomical location.

There is evidence of circumferential, irregular and asymmetric wall thickening involving short segment of small bowels in right iliac fossa likely representing ileal loops, its measuring up to 12mm unilateral along the posterior wall. Focal luminal dilatation of the involved segment is noted. The involved segment is inseparable from adjacent gut loops which could be due to infective process or either due to neoplastic etiology.

Mild pelvic ascites is noted.
