Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of dacryocystitis and dacryocystocele in a patient with a history of nasal trauma and left side nasolacrimal duct obstruction. The common cause of dacryocystitis and dacryocystocele is nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
