Info

A well-defined cystic lesion is seen in the medial epicanthus causing smooth enlargement of the left nasolacrimal duct.
Case Discussion
This patient presented with epiphora and discomfort in the left eye. Ophthalmological exam suggested nasolacrimal duct obstruction.
The constellation of CT scan findings of enlarged fluid filled nasolacrimal duct, in addition to the clinical findings supports the suggested diagnosis of dacryocystocele.
