Presentation

Multiple operations due to meningeoma in the right orbit. Follow up.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Male

In the operated right orbit an about 8 mm cystic lesion is visible medially, which follows fluid signal and does not enhance. 

Other: Postoperative status in the right orbital and right frontobasal brain parenchyma with about 25 mm cystic area. Hypoplastic, operated right maxillary sinus with inhomogeneously increased soft tissue enhancement posteriorly (unchanged compared to prior exam). Status post right nasal turbine resection. Left temporal pole arachnoid cyst. Striking, about 10 mm enlarged perivascular space along the left capsula interna. 

Case Discussion

Presumably postoperative dacryocystocele of the right orbit, which was stable on mulltiple follow up exams.
