History of blepharoplasty. Presence of a bluish, palpable, soft, and non tender lesion in the left superolateral orbital angle.

There is a fluid intensity cyst with no post-contrast enhancement in the left lacrimal gland. 
Otherwise, bilateral lacrimal glands are of normal size.

Case Discussion

Dacryops (aka lacrimal gland duct cysts) are a really uncommon entity.

It is supposed that the obstruction of the lacrimal gland ducts leads to a cystic formation in any lacrimal tissue.
