Sagittal images shows high riding trochlea

Dilated supra tentorial ventricular system

Case Discussion

MRI demonstrates large posterior fossa cyst communicating with the 4th ventricle associated with cerebellar hypoplasia. Sagittal images shows high riding trochlea with trochlear lambdoid inversion.

Supra tentorial hydrocephalus is in keeping with Dandy-Walker malformation.
