Axial images demonstrates large posterior fossa cyst communicating with the 4th ventricle together with hypoplasia of the cerebellum.

Dilated supra tentorial ventricular system
Case Discussion
MRI demonstrates large posterior fossa cyst communicating with the 4th ventricle associated with cerebellar hypoplasia. Sagittal images shows high riding trochlea with trochlear lambdoid inversion.
Supra tentorial hydrocephalus is in keeping with Dandy-Walker malformation.
