Absent/severely hypoplastic cerebellar vermis.
Cystic dilatation of the fourth ventricle extending posteriorly.
Enlarged posterior fossa with circular-lambdoid inversion.
Aqueduct stenosis with marked tri-ventricular hydrocephalus and transependymal edema.
Case Discussion
The features are consistent with Dandy-Walker malformation with associated aqueductal stenosis and obstructive hydrocephalus.
