Abnormal posterior fossa with a large cystic space of CSF signal intensity continuous with dilated fourth ventricle, hypoplasia of cerebellar vermis, cephalad rotation of the vermian remnant and elevated torcular.
Case Discussion
Triad of enlargement of the posterior fossa, cystic dilatation of fourth ventricle and hypoplasia of cerebellar vermis, suggestive of Dandy-Walker malformation.
