Severe hypoplasia / aplasia of cerebellar vermis is seen. Cystic dilatation of fourth ventricle is seen extending posteriorly to a significantly enlarged posterior fossa.
Torcular – lambdoid inversion is seen with open posterior fontanelle and scalloping of both occipital bones.
Bilateral lateral and third ventricles are dilated with mild splaying of corpus callosum. No significant periventricular seepage is seen in present scan.
