Partial hypoplasia of the cerebellar hemispheres and the worm. Marked expansion of the ventricles of the brain, reducing the volume of the substance of the brain, hypoplasia of the corpus callosum.
Case Discussion
Dandy-Walker syndrome is a congenital genetic abnormality of the brain. Manifest extension of the fourth ventricle, partial aplasia of the cerebellar vermis with the advent of hypertensive hydrocephalus and posterior fossa cyst.
