Peritendinous fluid signal within the first dorsal compartment is seen related to tenosynovitis.
A synovial cyst is present at the dorsal aspect of the wrist and deep to common extensor tendon at the level of wrist proximal and distal row bones.
Case Discussion
Middle-aged female presents with the non-traumatic onset of pain on the radial aspect of the wrist for the last two months. Clinical presentation and imaging findings are suggestive for De Quervain tenosynovitis.
