Abnormal intrasubstance increased fluid signal and thickening is present along the course of abductor pollicis longus and extensor pollicis brevis tendons (first extensor compartment).
Peritendinous fluid signal within the first dorsal compartment also is seen related to tenosynovitis.
Os triangulare is present as an acessory ossicle.
Case Discussion
Clinical presentation and imaging findings are suggestive for de Quervian tenosynovitis.
