The frontal projection shows a device projecting over the right upper thorax with wires leading into the patient's neck. The device is a pulse generator of a deep brain stimulator. 

Case Discussion

Commonly used to treat the dyskinesia associated with Parkinson disease, deep brain stimulators are implanted on the anterior chest wall.
