Presentation

A patient presented with painful soft tissue swelling at the right thigh after 2 days of coronary catheter angiography.

Patient Data

Age: 50-55 years
Gender: Male

CT reveals large pseudoaneurysm of the right deep femoral artery (measured 4.6 x 3.3 cm) with an adjacent intramuscular hematoma.
