Anteverted anteflexed uterus with posterior wall adenomyosis, bilateral ovarian and pouch of Douglas T1 hyperintense lesions with layering T2 signal and no fat saturation - in keeping with endometriomas.
Bilateral ovarian masses with homogeneous internal low level echoes in keeping with endometriomas.
Case Discussion
Constellation of findings is typical for deep infiltrating endometriosis.
