Evaluation of the rectouterine space demonstrates an abnormal signal(T2 fat sat hypointense) heterogenous enhancing infiltrative ill-defined area which is inseparable from the anterior mesorectal fascia of the rectum in mid to right side of the pelvic cavity
Spiculation within the surrounding fat corresponds to the fibrotic reaction
Uterus shows heterogeneous parenchyma signal intensity.
Case Discussion
Deep infiltrating endometriosis in the rectouterine space.
