Left acromio-clavicular joint degenerative changes.
No acute bony abnormality.
Case Discussion
Moderate degeneration at the acromioclavicular joint was confirmed on MRI of the shoulder. It also identified small marginal protruding osteophytes inferiorly at the joint.
The MRI also highlighted some supraspinatus tendinosis and thickening of the subacromial subdeltoid bursa. This may represent a degree of underlying subacromial impingement.
