Presentation

Chronic lower back pain, aggravated for last several weeks, irradiating to the right leg.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Disc extrusion at the level L1/L2 centrally, with a subligamentous cranial migration of the disc.

Disc bulge at the level L2/3.

Disc protrusions at the L3/4 and L4/5 levels.

Disc narrowing at the level L5/S1.

Case Discussion
