Dehiscent floor of orbit

Dehiscent left orbital floor with herniation of fat into it. Mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary sinus. Right inferior turbinate hypertrophy.
Case Discussion
Incidental finding of a dehiscient inferomedial floor of the left orbit, with protrusion of intraorbital fat. This is in the region of a Haller cell.
